This is such a great idea! You’ll have to click through to see the entire contents of the other posts because it automatically truncated it like this. I’m a HSP and I end up having a lot of triggers for anxiety. (remind me to post a rant about being diagnosed with depression instead of anxiety) I made my own little sensitivity first aid kit to keep with me. It includes:
ear plugs
rose balm (the scent calms me down)
rescue remedy
gum (chewing helps relieve tension)
lotion
chapstick
little cards that I wrote positive affirmations on
St. Francis prayer card (the prayer that goes Lord make me an instrument of thy peace…)
pictures of things that make me feel good, including a tarot card
a fluorite crystal
Depending on how much space I have I also like to carry my Zune, and I can’t ride the BART without it anymore, my android tablet for books and distractions, a hat or scarf to cover my head, for some reason that makes me feel really secure, water bottle, and a notebook and pen if I don’t have my tablet.
